The STS fleet consists of 20 trucks and trailers, most of which are Scania; with our trailers being the most advanced light wheel trailers available. These features ensure that our clients have the benefit of additional payload combined with load safety. STS management has seen to it that we have the best vehicles in the fleet, as we clock up millions of kilometres. Load stability, excellent fuel economy and aftermarket service are just some of the aspects we take into account. TRI-AXLE TRAILERS
Tri-axle trailers typically have two drive axles with a third air-lift axle. The tri-axle trailer is designed to carry heavier loads.
RETRACTABLE TRAILERS
Retractable trailers are trailers whose height reduces by a wide margin.
SUPER LINK TRAILERS
A super link is a combination of two trailers pulled together at the same time by a truck tractor.
8 TON RIGID TRUCKS
A rigid truck is a vehicle in which the axles are fixed to the frame, distinct from a tractor/trailer (semi) combo in which each piece has its own axles.
